The choice to enter counselling for couples can feel like a very big step. Couples counselling can support a deeper insight into your relationship, reflect a life-affirming impulse and can often deepen your sense of identity as individuals & as a couple.
Divorce and separation
I also offer a service for couples or individuals prior to, during, or following separation, divorce, or civil partnership dissolution I will work with you both or separately to support you in going through this process, overcoming the emotional difficulties associated with it and developing the confidence to rebuild your life. I also work with couples who have separated who are investing in co- parenting and work together to create a new way to build a respectful and supportive environment for children as they grow up.
